1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 13, 2018, the Plaintiff concluded the following sales contract with Defendant C (Defendant B’s agent) on the share of 661/8153 square meters in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter the above forest land is referred to as “instant land,” and the share subject to sale is referred to as “share of the instant land,” respectively).

1. A sales contract at the present facility and the certificate of registered matters shall be confirmed and entered into by the seller. 2. The creation of various public charges and mortgages until the balance is paid by the seller.
3. Matters not stated in this special agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Act concerning the contract and by the general practices of the sale of movable property.
4. Any balance after the completion of civil engineering works;
5. The location of the land to be traded shall be subject to subparagraph 13 of the divisible drawing.
6. The sale shares shall include 661 square meters of road shares. 7. The down payment and remainder shall be deposited into the land-owner C account.
B. The Plaintiff paid the down payment of KRW 10 million to Defendant C at the time of the sales contract.
C. On March 7, 2018, Defendant C entered into a pre-sale agreement with Defendant B on the entire land of this case, including the instant land shares, and completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on March 8, 2018 as Hongcheon District Court Hongcheon Registry No. 4662, which was received on March 8, 2018, Defendant C completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on August 14, 2018 with respect to the entire land of this case on August 14, 2018.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion and the Plaintiff agreed to pay the intermediate payment and the remainder at the time of the instant land purchase after the completion of the civil engineering works on the said land. Defendant C agreed to pay the entire land share, including the instant land share, to Defendant B during the process of the civil engineering works.
