Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government District Partnership, and the victim E (72 years of age, female) is a person who was a member of the above union.

On July 5, 2013, at around 06:30 minutes, the Defendant committed an assault to the victim for about 28 days on the ground that, while dialogueing with the victim and the cooperative members, the Defendant “the victim drinks money, how much, less how much, less how much, less how much, and less how much, he did so, and not doing every me to do so.”
