Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend an access medium with promise to receive a price in using and managing the access medium.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on December 18, 2017, the Defendant promised to pay 3 million won per card if he/she lends a personal card held by him/her with a large amount of tax to him/her through Kwikset-si B and 306 (C Han Council member) on December 18, 2017, and leased an access medium by taking account of the following: (a) the Defendant’s personal account (D) and the Defendant’s personal identification number, and (b) the Defendant’s personal identification card connected to the MG Saemaul Bank Account (E) through Kwikset-si’s service article.
