Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who runs the business of collecting, transporting, recycling, or disposing of wastes by running H companies located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City from December 12, 2012.

Any person who intends to engage in the business of collecting, transporting, recycling, or disposing of wastes shall obtain permission from the competent Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the Defendant, the Defendant

(a) on October 19, 2012: (a) collect and transport business site wastes generated from processed food, etc., such as marine product processing companies, stock companies, etc. located in the Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on October 17, 2012;

B. Around May 4, 2012, at the place of business of the above HH company, collected marine by-products, which are commercial wastes discharged from each fishery product processing company, separate them from high-quality wastes, such as high-water speaks, etc., packaging 20 kilograms per box, and then storing them in the freezing and cooling facilities using its own facilities in order to sell waste feed to E who operates the J company located in Busan-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, and sells the raw waste feed, and from May 4, 2012 to November 3, 2012, a list of crimes in attached Form.

1. Selling the waste-generating feed of an amount of 106,752,600 won over a total of 30 times, as described, to recycle commercial wastes;

C. B around February 7, 201, at the place of business of the above HH company

The list of crimes in attached Form from February 17, 201 to December 12, 2012, including the sale of waste-generating feed to K in the same manner as described in the paragraph, as well as the sale of waste-generating feed.

2. Selling the waste-generating feed of an amount of 179,251,000 won over 47 times in total as described, recycling commercial wastes;

D. B around October 22, 2012 at the place of business of the above HH company

In the same manner as described in paragraph (1), the list of offenses in attached Form from October 22, 2012 to December 3, 2012, as well as selling waste feed to N who operates M companies in the whole city L, as well as selling waste feed.

3. A total of seven occasions, as described in the report, sold waste feed worth KRW 23,800,000, and recycled commercial wastes.
