Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of the first passenger car in B.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on January 6, 2018, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 7 km section from the 7km section to the front side of the Gandong in Busan Shipping Daegu-do, on the road near the Dong University located in Busan-dong, Busan-do, Busan-do.
