A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Criminal facts

1. Around April 2004, the Defendant: (a) had a sexual intercourse with the victim E (man, 51 years of age) in the Kabane located in Ma, Yan-gu, Yan-si, Yan-si; (b) had a sexual relationship with the victim, and had a sexual relationship with the victim known the victim of his sexual relationship with his husband, children, etc.; and (c) had constantly threatened the victim with his/her family members, etc. with his/her sexual relationship; and (d) demanded the victim to pay money.

The Defendant, as seen above, 20,000 won was delivered to the victim who frightened the victim and received 20,000,000 won on the same day from the victim, from January 10, 201, at the same time as in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and received a total of 26,00,000 won from the time to January 10, 201.

2. Injury;
