Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a wing-III truck.

On September 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 03:00 on September 16, 2017, and led to the flow of the front road of Honam Highway, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju, to the U.S. at an aesthetic speed according to three-lanes of the six-lane Do from the net side to the tent.

At all times, it is an expressway with a large traffic volume, and in such cases, a person engaged in driving service shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the vehicle, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents due to driving according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and continued to do so and received a boundary seat and drums managed by the Victim Korean Road Corporation, which was installed in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, from the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant did not take necessary measures, such as providing personal information to the victim, even after destroying the above damaged water by occupational negligence so as to cover repair expenses on the road, and escaped without leaving the vehicle on the road.
