1. Of the real estate listed in paragraphs 1, 2, and 6/56 of the attached list to the Plaintiff, Defendant B shall pay for each share to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is the wife of the JJ (hereinafter “the deceased”). The Plaintiff and the remaining Defendants were the deceased’s children, and the deceased died on July 17, 1984.

B. From August 19 to September 19, 1989, the Defendants issued a certificate of the personal seal impression specifying the purpose as “use for renunciation of inheritance”, “use for renunciation of inheritance”, or “use for renunciation of inheritance”, and then issued it to the Plaintiff. Defendant F and G prepared a letter with a certificate of the personal seal impression attached to the certificate of the personal seal impression (use for renunciation of the certificate) so that they can dispose of all inherited property to the Plaintiff, who is the head after the inheritance inheritance, and then submit documents related to the property rights without delay from the Plaintiff upon request of the Plaintiff.”

C. At the time of the deceased’s death, there were 1/2 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), K, L, and M, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant Ndong land”), and 2678 square meters of land in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Each of the said real estate was transferred its ownership on the grounds of inheritance as follows.

1) On July 11, 1984 with respect to the instant Ndong land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s future as the Seoul Southern District Court, Gu Office of Seoul, Seoul District Court on September 21, 1989, the registration of ownership transfer was received on September 21, 1989. As to the building on the Ndong land of this case, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s future as the Seoul Southern District Court, Gu Office of Registration on January 19, 1991, the registration was received on January 2610, 1991, and the registration was completed in the Plaintiff’s future. 2) The registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 17, 1984 with respect to the share of 2678 square meters in the Seoul Southern District Court, Guro-gu, Seoul, Seoul District Court, its registry office, and its Defendants on September 21, 1989.
