Punishment of the crime

1. On October 201, the Defendant: (a) received a request from a friendship C to purchase a gas vehicle from the disabled, and registered the D car purchased by C in the name of the Defendant in response thereto; (b) thereafter, the said vehicle is not transferred to another person to check the location; and (c) when the said vehicle is issued with a notice to pay an administrative fine, etc., the Defendant had the intention to collect it at will.

On May 2013, the Defendant filed a false theft report, and came to know that the victim E was not a victim E, and that it was not a victim E, and even after consultation with the victim on the transfer of the name, caused problems due to unpaid fines for negligence, etc., the Defendant was driving the above vehicle parked in front of the Non-Sacheon-si, 139-17, Non-Sacheon-si, 21:00 on July 26, 2013.
