A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and six months, respectively, for the crimes of the first and second crimes as indicated in the judgment of the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 4, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months with prison labor for a crime of attempted fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on January 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a crime of fraud at the Seoul East East District Court on January 8, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 16th day of the same month.
1. The Defendant, on July 18, 2011, falsely speaks that “I will sell gift certificates at a discount of 50%,” to Domen,” and D, on August 201, 201, have the victim deliver the said horses to E in a successive order to the victim F. Accordingly, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and was given KRW 53 million from the victim.
2. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to steal the Franman, G, H, D, and victim I with the intent to steal the Franchisium of the Franchisium of the market price in an irregular manner.
Accordingly, at around 10:00 on May 22, 2012, the Defendant, along with G, H, and D, entered Korea in Seongbuk-gu Seoul High Court, and D and G, stating that “I will see that I will am in K because I will am in half the left,” and that I went back to K due to the victim’s am in half the left, and immediately after coming to the latter part.
