B. Defendant B is the owner of Oba (hereinafter “the instant Oba”), and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is the insurer who entered into an automobile insurance contract with Defendant B with respect to the instant Oba on November 7, 2017, with the following content (hereinafter “instant automobile insurance contract”).
