A The prosecution against A is dismissed.

1. The Defendant, at around 19:20 on July 2, 2016, borrowed money from D stores located in Chuncheon-si, and did not repay the money.

The victim E (the 62 years old, the 7 years old, the 7 years old, the 10-year old, the remaining) assaulted the chest with the left hand.

2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant on October 31, 2016, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
