Upon citing the judgment of the court of first instance, the court below determined that the disposition of this case was unlawful because it abused discretion, in light of the following circumstances: (a) the Plaintiffs applied for the postponement of the departure period to the Defendant on January 23, 2017, which was after the disposition of this case; (b) the Defendant extended the departure period to the Plaintiffs on February 2, 2017 by April 23, 2017; (c) the Plaintiffs knew the period during which they can legally stay in the Republic of Korea from the time of entry because they entered the Republic of Korea as short-term visit (C-3) sojourn status at the time of entry; (d) the Plaintiffs knew that they were legally staying in the Republic of Korea; (e) the Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit seeking the revocation of the disposition of the extension of the sojourn period; (e) the Plaintiffs’ parents were dismissed; and (e)

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the record, the above determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations or by misapprehending the legal principles on deviation

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
