Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant driven a B tea with alcohol content of about 500 meters in the section of approximately 0.197% in blood, from around the 20:16 Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front road of the new middle school located in the 78-ro of the same impulse.
