A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:00 on January 6, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and body by drinking and launching the victim at a time on several occasions on the ground that the victim D (the age of 18) was dead with his her her friend with his friend in the “C” side of the Macheon-si B, Macheon-si, 2020, and again assaulted the victim’s face and body by leading the victim to his friend up to the front of the elevator.

2. At around 00:40 on January 7, 2020, the injured Defendant: (a) took the victim’s face and body face again for the same reasons as the preceding paragraph; (b) threatened the victim with his/her face “on his/her hand so as to prevent him/her from her,” and (c) caused an injury to the victim’s face and body, i.e., taking the victim’s crypt by gathering the bricks on the floor of the victim’s crypt, she was fright to the victim’s crypt, and she was frighted to the victim’s bridge by gathering the bricks on the floor of the victim’s crypt, and she was frighted for four weeks at a time.
