1. The defendant

(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the attached list, each of the indication in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1.

On March 28, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the order 1-A to the Defendant by setting the lease deposit of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 500,000; and (b) from April 15, 2017 to April 14, 2019; (b) on the grounds of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the said building and unpaid rent and unpaid rent due to the termination of the said lease by serving the instant complaint on the grounds of the Defendant’s delinquency in rent.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
