1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff and the defendant are siblings.

The plaintiff is staying in the United States since 2009, and the defendant is residing in Korea.

B. From Jun. 10, 2008 to Oct. 28, 2011, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 364,000,000 in total to the Defendant’s securities account as indicated in the Defendant’s “money transfer account” column from Jun. 10, 2008 to Oct. 3, 201.

The Defendant’s above Samsung Securities and Dongyang Securities Account (hereinafter referred to as “instant Samsung Securities Account” and “instant Dongyang Securities Account,” and the sum of these accounts was active in stock transaction (hereinafter referred to as “instant stock transaction”) with the financial resources of the said money deposited by the Plaintiff to the Defendant as indicated in the attached table.

From February 19, 2009 to December 27, 2012, “Transfer Date” as set forth in Table 2, as follows, from the Defendant’s East Securities Account, the sum of KRW 284,308,80 was transferred to the Plaintiff’s wife F, Plaintiff’s wife C, Plaintiff’s wife G, and H, the Plaintiff’s seat.
