1. Basic facts

A. On September 2013, 2013, C, the Defendant’s agent, called the Plaintiff’s agent, by phone, asked D’s trends such as the flowers volume, market price, etc. in the Bupyeong E area. The Defendant’s agent received samples and decided to purchase them after receiving samples.
