1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 11, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant B (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) on the following grounds: (a) the insured of Defendant B (the policyholder was changed from Defendant B to Defendant A); and (b) the beneficiary of the Defendant A; and (c) the insured is subject to general injury or disease; (b) the insured is subject to hospital treatment for at least one day, and (c) the Plaintiff is obliged to pay insurance money of KRW 30,000 per day (180 days limit) to Defendant A.

B. From February 28, 2010 to April 25, 2016, Defendant B claimed that Defendant B was hospitalized in C Hospital, etc. over 16 times, as indicated in the following table, and claimed insurance proceeds from the Plaintiff. From March 30, 2010 to September 8, 2016, the Plaintiff paid insurance proceeds of KRW 9,830,000 in total to Defendant B as listed in the following table.
