A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On November 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 25, 2010 by the District Court for the purpose of a false accusation, and the judgment was finalized on November 25, 2010.

1. On June 9, 2009, the Defendant changed a private document submitted a receipt stating “G and H” in the amount issued by attorneys-at-law D, E, and F using a test-type pen, “a million won” and “a fee:” at his own discretion on the receipt in which the document was changed.

The above receipt was paid and issued by the defendant instead of H's attorney fees, but G's attorney fees were not paid and issued in lieu of G's attorney fees.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant modified a receipt in the name of D, E, and F, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

2. On September 2, 2010, the Defendant filed an application for a payment order against G with the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on September 2, 2010, the Defendant submitted a receipt that altered was duly constituted as if it were duly constituted.

3. On September 2, 2010, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud, filed an application for a payment order with the victim G to the effect that on June 8, 2009, he agreed to purchase I from the victim G and paid the purchase price of KRW 15 million to the victim, and the victim would return the purchase price because he did not transfer ownership, and submitted false documents to the effect that he/she paid the purchase price instead of the cost to be borne by the victim, including a receipt 1 altered as above.

However, there was no difference between the victim and the victim in paying the purchase price of KRW 15 million, and there was no difference between the victim and the victim in paying the purchase price on behalf of the victim.
