A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Facts of premise;

A. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a proposal to consider the call center from a name-free person in Daegu to be able to do so; (b) accepted it; (c) installed physical facilities, such as computer, etc., to be used for committing a crime in Thailand; (d) included B, C, and D, etc. known to it in Korea as a telephone counselor; and (e) obtained a large number of telephone counselors and entered it into Thailand by using personal information received from a name-free person; and (e) misrepresenting the employees of financial institutions using personal information, “a loan was obtained at low interest to immediately repay the loan amount, and to immediately repay the loan amount”; and (e) planned the crime of cash withdrawal from victims through domestic cash delivery; and (e) planned the crime of cash withdrawal in Korea.

B. Around April 13, 2013, the Defendant prepared physical facilities, such as the house office of the Bosing Call Center, the lodging room of the telephone counselor, etc., with a view to the above crime plan as seen earlier, the Defendant leased 5 floors of the Gcondo building in Thai City, Thai City, G, and the “Sing Manual” necessary for the crime of Bosing, which is equipped with physical facilities, by preparing a lodging place where the Nowon-gu computer, Internet telephone system, book board, chairs, and telephone counselors can board and board together, according to the aforementioned crime plan.

C. The Defendant, while operating a call center as above, selected a staff member to be in charge of telephone conversations with the victims.
