Punishment of the crime

The Defendants of the 2012 High-level 1569 decided to operate a credit business, and around November 30, 201, Defendant A as the representative of Defendant A, are registered credit service providers registered under the name of E, and if a credit service provider lends a loan to an individual, the interest rate shall not exceed 39% per annum from June 27, 2011.

Defendant A, “E” from November 30, 201 to “E,” had a credit business registered with the Busan Northern-gu Office. Defendant B, in collusion with a family-friendly relationship with A, lent 1950,000 won to the victim within the U.S.’s U.S. office operated on March 8, 2012, around 12:00 and around 30,000 won each day.
