Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2014, GDagam located in Kimhae-si F on July 15:00, 2014, saying, “If a bank borrows five million won or less from a private financial company’s credit card in arrears, it will receive money from E and repay it to a post office account in the name of the defendant.” The victim received five million won from the victim.

2. On August 13, 2014, at the above multilateral bank around 13:00, the victim’s false statement stating, “If the husband is at a disadvantage due to delinquency in paying the credit card in south, the husband would be a bad credit holder. If the husband lends 10 million won to E, he/she would first receive money from a grace system E and repay 10 million won to the post office account in the name of the Defendant.” This was remitted from the victim to the Defendant’s account.

3. From August 14, 2014, around 15:00, the victim was transferred from the victim to the post office account in the name of the Defendant on the ground that the victim’s false statement stating, “I would first borrow money from KRW 20 million to KRW 30 million. I would lend KRW 8 million to the post office account in the name of the Defendant.”

4. On August 18, 2014, at the same time, around 15:00, the victim paid money to the victim on or before the day when August 18, 2014: “If only KRW 2.5 million is lent, the credit card price will be adjusted and the cash service will be paid by no later than the day when the payment was made without error.”
