The defendant is a person who drives a Lone Star bus.

At around 23:05 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km in front of the new wallheading port located in the Gannam Development-Eup in the Gannam Development-gun, with a 0.105% alcohol concentration, from around 3:05, the Defendant driven approximately 1 kilometer in front of the new wall range located in the same Eup/Myeonnsan-gun.
