A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM5 car.

At around 06:45 on March 2, 2020, the Defendant continued to drive a road with no lanes near D's shooting distance in the front city of Ysan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by accelerating from E apartment to F's apartment room, at an insular speed.
