If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.060% of blood alcohol level 0.060% on July 22, 2013, and was driving C Ado-purd car at approximately 4 km from the front of the steering plant located in the Gandong-gu Busan Special Metropolitan City, Busan Special Metropolitan City to the front of the steering plant located in the Busan Special Metropolitan City.
