1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution on August 2014, and was under suspended execution on August 20, 2014.

On November 5, 2015, around 15:20, the Defendant driven a D-car without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle from around the 21st century hospital to the west-dong of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
