Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 020, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a small-scale car B, driven the above vehicle at around 17:24 on January 8, 020, and led to turn to the left at the direction of E elementary school from D elementary school.
