Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and by a fine of 100,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 200, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to a maximum of 8 years or 7 years of imprisonment for special larceny, etc., and on April 2, 2009, the Jeju District Court sentenced the Defendant to a maximum of 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment for larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 2, 2012.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

As such, the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals another’s property.
