1. The defendant shall return the goods listed in the attached list from the plaintiff to the plaintiff at the same time 23,29,708 won.

1. Basic facts

가. 원고는 대구 수성구에 의류, 가방 등 소외 해외명품 병행수입품을 판매하는 매장(이하 ‘이 사건 매장’이라 한다) 개설을 추진하면서 해외 명품가방, 지갑 등을 수입, 판매하는 피고에게 2014. 10. 7. 5,000만 원을 지급하고 이 사건 매장 오픈행사 전날 루이뷔통, 샤넬, 코치 브랜드의 가방 및 지갑 51개 51,067,898원 상당을 공급받았고, 같은 해 11. 11. 잔금 1,067,898원을 피고에게 지급하였다.
