Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

On September 10, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the Appellant B (77 years of age) at the Agricultural Cooperative located in Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-gu, Dong-si, stating that “I will have directors within a week at least one million won per week per share of the cost of directors of the Gu office to start the Gu office.”

However, there was no idea that the complainant will take place at all.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the complainant, received one million won from the complainant to the passbook in the name of the Defendant.
