The judgment below
The part concerning the defendant shall be reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (six years of imprisonment) by the lower court is too unreasonable.
2. The following determination is an unfavorable circumstance to the Defendant.
The so-called Bophishing crime, such as the crime of this case, committed by the defendant, is virtually a crime subject to the entire nation of the Republic of Korea, and is a crime leading to misrepresentation of various state agencies and financial institutions, or a crime resulting in a discriminatory-discrimination by taking advantage of uneasiness in the victim's family members
