A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C is the wife of E, the owner of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu D, and the victim F (the age of 46) operated a camping ground of “H” acquired from Dong G from March 2012 on the above land.
C and I listen to the claim that the daily price for the above camping site will be paid due to the development, and show the victim who is operating the camping site, and they want to acquire the above compensation while operating the camping site directly, but the victim cannot move from the camping site until the return of the funds for the investment in facilities of the above G was made.
