1. The defendant is based on the sale on June 30, 2003 as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On June 30, 2003, the Plaintiff sold a motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”) to the Defendant. Since the Defendant did not transfer its registration title after only delivery of the instant motor vehicle, the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure for the instant motor vehicle from the Plaintiff on June 30, 2003.
2. Article 108 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
