1. The plaintiff's action against the defendant B, C, D, and E shall be dismissed.
2. The Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant F, G, H, I, J, and K.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. L (A. 15, 1980, died on March 15, 1980), M, N, and Defendant B are the Plaintiff’s gens, O is the Plaintiff’s female booms, P is the Plaintiff’s male boos, and Defendant C is the wife of P, Defendant D, and E. P.
B. The 1,712m2 (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”) was originally land on February 27, 1967, for which the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the R’s name. Accordingly, as to the portion of 3.5/10 of which was received on July 22, 1993 by the Seogu District Court Seo-gu District Court Branch No. 51999 on July 22, 1993, the Plaintiff B with respect to the portion of 3.5/10, Defendant B with respect to the portion of 3.5/10, and Defendant B with respect to the portion of 1.5/10, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name ofO for the portion of 1.5/10 on July 14, 1973.
C. The instant land before the instant subdivision was divided into three occasions between April 12, 2002 and February 12, 2013, and was divided into five occasions, namely, Qack-gu, Daegu-gu, Qack-si, 692 square meters, S 1 square meters of land, 441 square meters of land, 81 square meters of land in U, and 497 square meters of land in V.
(2) Of the above land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 16, 2002 under the name of the Do governor, Co., Ltd. on May 27, 2002, on the following grounds: Qua 692 square meters and V 497 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). Of the above land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 25, 2010 and August 19, 2010 on the public land in the name of Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of consultation on the acquisition of land under the name of the Do governor-gu, Daegu-gu, and five percent (5/10 shares in Defendant B2/10 shares P3/10 shares) among U.S. 81 square meters (hereinafter “the ownership transfer registration was completed on the ground of consultation on March 26, 2015).
C. Meanwhile, upon the death of P on December 9, 2010, Defendant C, D, and E, the heir of the instant land, which was the 11513 Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on January 28, 201, registered the transfer of ownership on the ground of inheritance on December 9, 2010 in the name of Defendant C, D, and E, as the 9/70 shares of the instant land was received on January 28, 201.
In addition, R died on February 3, 2005, and the property is jointly owned by Defendant F, the wife, by 3/13, Defendant G, H, I, J, and K, respectively.
