Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On February 15, 201, Plaintiff A leased G building H (hereinafter “instant building No. 1”) from F as of February 15, 201, the lease deposit amount of KRW 70,000,000 (hereinafter “the first lease deposit”) and the term of lease from February 14, 2011 to February 14, 2013.

(2) On September 1, 2011, Plaintiff B leased the first lease deposit amount of KRW 135,000,000 (hereinafter “the second lease deposit”) from F to September 24, 201, Plaintiff B leased the first lease term of KRW 135,00,000 (hereinafter “the second lease term of this case”) and from September 24, 2011 to September 24, 2013.

(3) On May 4, 2013, Plaintiff C leased M&A No. 140,00,000 (hereinafter “each of the buildings of this case”) from K (hereinafter “K”) on May 4, 2013, KRW 140,000 (hereinafter “the deposit for the third lease of this case”) with the lease deposit of KRW 140,00,000 (hereinafter “the deposit for the third lease of this case”) and the deposit for the first or third lease of this case, including the deposit for the first or third lease of this case, from May 4, 2013 to March 4, 2015.
