A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 3, 2016, at around 17:05, the Defendant took a bath to the purport that “A and the victim F (the age of 42) of the Seoul Southern Police Station civil service center located in 74-5, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, would be able to verify the identity of the person in question in the competent Dong office, etc. because the person in question would not be reissued his/her driver’s license without his/her identification card,” while taking a bath, the Defendant took the public service center’s view that he/she would be able to see the identity of the person in question, and the victim would be able to walk her face of the person in his/her hand while assaulting him/her, such as flabing a flick of the victim’s face, thereby hindering the legitimate performance of duties in relation to the police officer’s civil petition affairs. At the same time, the victim cannot be identified.

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50 on the road in front of the Nam-gu Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendant destroyed KRW 2,730,023 of the repair cost to repair the fish of the said vehicle by walking the vehicle in front of the driver’s seat of the said vehicle and walking the rear door several times.

At around 21:40 on March 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid the J-si operated by the victim D (the age of 45) at the entrance of the Nam-gu I Apartment-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, without any justifiable reason, and then, (b) was destroyed by the Defendant’s failure to drive the 112-report to the mobile phone, thereby falling off on the floor by getting off the cell phone with the driver’s 200,000 won at the market price.

On March 8, 2016, at around 07:25, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the supplementary equipment to walk the Bows of L SM5 vehicle owned by the victim K and the driver’s rear knife in front of the Seonam-gu 1178-1, Seonam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, to walk on the road, without any justifiable reason, on the front side of the 1178-1, in order to have approximately KRW 740,944 of the repair cost.
