The plaintiffs transferred money to the defendant's account by having the defendant and D lent money to the defendant's account by lending money while the defendant and D make a promise to repay money to D even if the person who borrowed money was not the defendant, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in the claim to the plaintiffs. However, the circumstance that the plaintiffs remitted money to the defendant's account with D and the couple's conduct, or the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs alone, that the defendant borrowed money from the plaintiffs.

It is insufficient to recognize that the plaintiffs agreed to repay or pay to the plaintiffs, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge this, so the above plaintiffs' assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
