If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2013, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven a car with a gallon with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.104%, while under the influence of alcohol at the front of the Busan Bank located in the same Gu Seodong-gu, Busan. In addition, the Defendant driven a car with B gallon with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.104%.
