Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and the defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

A A was a person who worked as the former duties of “G” located in the Cheongbuk-do, Cheongbuk-do, and Defendant B was working in the “I” located in the Gyeongbuk-do, and the import and supply of five distribution materials while working in the “I” located in the Gyeongbuk-do.

B In order to be exempted from customs duties while importing a mushroom plant, B requested Defendant A to prepare documents by lending the name of J, a representative of G affiliated with the Korean Association of mushroom Producers in order to be exempted from customs duties, and Defendant A did not obtain the consent of J at all.
1. Forging a private document;
A. The Defendants, at the above G office around May 9, 2014, enter “G” and “J” in the representative column as “G” and “J” for the purpose of use when requesting K (representative L L) to import stuffs for growing mushrooms in an amount equal to 50 tons per month from May 10, 2014 to December 31, 2014, respectively, for the purpose of using the 50 tons per month from May 10, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
M Company’s seal, without authority, affixed the same purport of “G” and “G” and “J and State Cheong-do,” and affixed the seal of the said M Company, to the representative column, “F in the J and State Cheong-do,” without authority.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to act on behalf of the Defendants for the purpose of exercising their authority, and each of the “written contract on the import of five raw materials” and “written contract on the certification of fact,” respectively.
2. The Defendants engaged in the event of the said investigation document, in collusion, sent the forged bill as stated in the above 1.1. (b) and each letter of use to K Co., Ltd. as if they were duly formed.
