1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,823,620 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 3, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including additional numbers) and the argument, the plaintiff supplied ready-mixeds equivalent to 62,935,620 won to the defendant after concluding a contract for the supply of ready-mixeds with the defendant on August 31, 2015 (the defendant alleged to the effect that he did not request the plaintiff to supply ready-mixeds and that he would be requested by the defendant, but it is difficult to accept it in light of the contents described in the order of the disposition (Evidence No. 2)). The fact that the sales proceeds of ready-mixeds not received by the plaintiff from the defendant amounting to 60,823,620 won, and the defendant is liable to pay damages for delay calculated at a rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 3, 2016 to the day after the original copy of the payment order of this case is delivered to the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
