1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the facts that there is no dispute over, or no clear dispute over, the Plaintiff’s claim, the entry of No. 1, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 200,000,000,000 on July 9, 2014, KRW 15,000,000 on August 14, 2014, KRW 50,000 on August 18, 2014, KRW 18,500,000 on April 13, 2015, and KRW 31,20,000,000 on April 13, 2015, and the Plaintiff urged the Defendant to pay the amount to the Defendant on April 28, 2015, respectively.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from August 12, 2015 to the day of full payment, as requested by the Plaintiff, from August 12, 2015, the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
