Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the deck in Ulsan Ship B, and the victim C (56) is the steering of the above ship.
On May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the restaurant in the pertinent vessel where the Defendant was anchored at the Ulsansan Port M-3 cemetery, on May 28, 2016; (b) at the restaurant in the said vessel, the Defendant: (c) as a matter of leaving D, another crew member of the said vessel, the Defendant: (d) caused the instant vessel to the Defendant, “I am the victim’s face” to “I am the victim’s gue that gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue gue is difficult; (d) sold the victim’s face to drinking and fingers; and (e) then, (e) led the victim from the stairs the victim to the bed from the stairs; (e) led the victim to the victim’s face and the breast part of the victim’s body to the victim’s body.
As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as finites, tensions, etc. that require approximately two weeks of treatment.
