1. The purchase price shall be the sale price of 298 square meters in Hongcheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, which shall be obtained by deducting the auction cost and the tax and the public charges from the sale price.

The cause of the claim is the same as the entry of the cause of the claim in the attached Form, which may be recognized by each entry in the evidence of subparagraphs A1 through 4, without any dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Plaintiff, as a co-owner of the above land, may claim a partition against the Defendants, who are other co-owners, and it is reasonable to distribute the remaining amount after deducting the auction cost from the price, considering the current status of the land and the intent of the parties.
