Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on July 17, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on January 22, 2014, and was sentenced to a fine of 5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 13:30 on September 15, 2015, driven a FLsta car at the section of about 50 meters from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Chuncheon City C to the gallon road located in D.
