A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a C Poter on the two-lane road in front of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) driven by the Defendant along the two-lane from the Seoul metropolitan area along the two-lanes from the Seoul metropolitan area; (c) changed the two-lane to the A Poter in front of the said Poter cargo; and (d) changed the two-lane to the two-lanes in front of the said Poter; (b) changed to the two-lanes in front of the victim; (c) changed to the two-lanes in front of the victim; and (d) opened the Poter on the two-lane road in front of the Seoul metropolitan area; and (d) opened the Poter-si and made the victim a “wh wh wh w w w w m h h h h h h h h k;
