Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on or around 14:40, and operated a BV motor vehicle from the history distance from the Gdong-dong in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu to the 127 km-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the 7 km-ro, Gangnam-gu.
