Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 07:00 on April 4, 2015, within the “F Game Complex” for the operation of the first floor E in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where he became aware of the occurrence of a short circuit, and thus, takes appropriate measures, such as confirming the short circuit of the electrical appliances installed in the game room. However, the Defendant did not connect electric wires connected with the game machine No. 68 to the first quarter of the distribution board (EBP50A) so that electricity can not be prevented by the short circuit circuit (EB2P50A) and did not connect the electric wires connected to the game machine No. 68 game machine to the first quarter of the distribution board (EB2P50A). However, the charges of dismissing the above game site, which belongs to another person’s ownership, are stated in the facts charged under Article 167(1)16(3) of the Criminal Act or Article 166(4) of the Criminal Act. Thus, this court recognizes the subject matter as the main text ex officio without changing the indictment
