Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:00 on August 22, 2015, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct: (a) changed the channel to a adult broadcast of the victim G (hereinafter “victim”) who is a disabled person of Grade III with intellectual disability who worked at the F Center at Sinhh City, E and 301, and became aware of in the Defendant’s residence; (b) changed the channel to a more adult broadcast; and (c) changed the victim’s chest to “the victim’s chest by hand”; (d) cut the victim’s chest by hand; and (e) forced the victim’s chest by force when the victim spathed and spathed the Defendant’s finger; and (e) put the victim’s chest into several parts of the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the Defendant raped the disabled.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to commit rape with Defendant B by carrying out a sexual intercourse with or from time to time through dumping of mobile phones at the same time and place as above 1, and by leaving Defendant B who has a relationship with dump partnership as Defendant A’s residential place.

A는 화장실에서 나온 피해자가 그 곳에 와 있는 피고인 B를 발견하고 깜짝 놀라서 급히 밖으로 나가려고 하자, 피해자의 손을 붙잡아 밖으로 나가지 못하게 하고, 피고인 B는 피해자의 몸을 잡아 강제로 침대에 눕히고, 피해자가 반항하자 강제로 피해자의 상의를 벗겨 피해자의 반항을 억압한 후 입으로 피해자의 가슴을 빨고, 손으로 피해자의 음부를 만지고 입으로 빨다가 1회 간음하고, 피고인 A는 피고인 B가 간음하는 동안 피해자의 가슴을 만지고 입으로 빨았다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly raped the victim.
