Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court on May 31, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 31, 2013.

On November 30, 2012, at around 11:05, the Defendant spits tobacco, waiting for free meals in front of the D cafeteria of the C Welfare Center underground in Busan, and spits tobacco on the floor, and spits it on the floor from the victim E (e.g., 74 years of age). The Defendant spits the victim’s spits “spits spit, spit, spit, spit, spit, and spit at the time of the suspension.” The Defendant spited the victim’s shoulder by taking the victim’s shoulder in good hand, knee and kneed the victim’s face at one time by taking the victim’s shoulder over a sofa.
